I am absolutely pleased by the services performed by this company. Randy was on time, provided accurate time schedule, and completed the work as agreed. Absolutely awesome, they handled a laundry list of repairs on a property I had just closed on, very quickly and affordably. They did such an awesome job that I hired them as my property manager too. They got me a tenant in less than a week and for more than I anticipated. I intend to work with them much more.

I was having a hard time getting someone out on short notice to do some work for me. Randy returned my call he was very professional & he was very honest in telling me that I was being overcharged on a quote that I had received earlier in the day. Not only was he able to repair my door but he did it on such short notice and he did excellent work. I highly recommend prostar complete to anyone looking to have work done. I will definitely be using him for future projects.

I have used Randy for at least 4 different projects over the last year and a half. His quality of work, integrity, and customer service is high. He finds reasons to get customer jobs done, unlike most other subcontractors I have dealt with over the years. His skill and experience range is wide, while his cost is reasonable.

Randy did a great job for us installing a new exterior door on our double wide mobile home. He went over and beyond to make sure we got the door we wanted at the best price, measured to be certain we had the correct size, picked it up for us and installed it, taking extra time to make sure that the locks were working properly. My husband and I highly recommend Prostar Complete.

Randy installed a doggie door for me in Navarre and I was very happy with his work. Has good attention to detail and is very professional. Would recommend him highly for handyman / home improvement jobs.

We first hired Randy to upgrade our bathrooms and we were so pleased with his work that we asked him to build us a storeroom, replace kitchen tiles, and he even installed a sound-proof glass wall in our upstairs loft. Randy's work is very professional and he accomplishes so much in so little time. Randy is a man of his word and so trustworthy which is something that is very important to us. He is knowledgeable and offers helpful suggestions and solutions. He is easy to work with and pleasant to have around. We are so thrilled and satisfied with Randy's work that we recently hired him with a monthly retainer to handle the repairs on our rentals. Every time repairs have been needed, Randy is there quickly and finishes the tasks faster than anyone else could possibly do it. With a recent tropical storm, our roof leaked and we contacted Randy and he was at the house and had it fixed so fast, it amazed us! There doesn't seem to be anything he can't do! If you want something done RIGHT and done FAST, Randy is your man!!!!

Randy is the "go-to" guy for updating and repairing my rental properties in the greater Pensacola area. Professional, prompt, and always on time, Randy takes the time to do it right, and has an "attention to detail" that is second-to-none. Randy is extremely dedicated to his profession, sets fair prices, and doesn't take short cuts. He completes all jobs as if it were his home that he was working on. He has completed work on a dozen of my rental properties, and I could not be happier with the professional results. A pleasure to work with in all respects.
